BACKGROUND

Our client moved from London to Hertfordshire and bought a new office. As a software developer, they were looking for a modern open plan feel to their offices. WestWon arranged a three-year lease, there being two separate suppliers involved.

WHAT OUR CLIENT SAID

“Having outgrown our London office, we had to look for larger premises. One of our key drivers was that we wanted to buy a property via our pension scheme. Doing this does require a big deposit, hence our decision was the leave the renovations for a few years or use external lease funding. We felt it would have been a bit of a let down to move into a new premises that was not up to a high standard. It may have sent the wrong message to the staff.
