WestWon will never offer, give or receive bribes or improper payments or participate in any corrupt activity either directly or through a third party. We conduct our business to the same ethical standard and to implement appropriate and adequate procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation on bribery, corruption and prohibited business practices.

Conflict of interest

Should any supplier or client employee be a family relation of a WestWon employee or have any other form of personal relationship with a WestWon employee that might represent a conflict of interest, the supplier/client is expected to disclose this fact to the company or ensure that the WestWon employee does so.

Suppliers must also make WestWon aware of any organisational conflicts of interest that could prohibit WestWon from pursuing work with the same client.
