They chose to finance through WestWon as they can facilitate not only software only finance deals, but could also include an element of consultancy, implementation and training costs in the deal where other finance companies could not.
Once the software lease quotation had been signed off, the credit was approved, and documents sent out to the customer for signature on the same day. A member of the WestWon team then met with the customer the next day, giving them a chance to talk through any questions they had.
So impressed with the personal level of customer service, the customer gave WestWon the opportunity to quote on some warehouse racking the customer was looking to purchase. The racking was funded by WestWon 2 weeks later.
