Restaurant Financing for a new start up

Having previously worked as a head chef in the hospitality sector for several years, a head chef and his partner made the decision to start their own concept restaurant, offering locally sourced, fresh food to the people of Bristol.
With much of their start up capital already sunk into the rent deposit, rates and their bank unwilling to assist with some start up funding, the customer found WestWon’s restaurant financing solution online.
The customer was looking to finance the full kitchen solution, including a made to order extraction unit, 2 Rational combi ovens, refrigeration, warewashing equipment and a coffee machine. They were also looking to include soft costs such as delivery and installation into the one lease agreement.

A member of the WestWon team met with the customer to sign the documents and the supplier was paid in full 4 weeks later once install was complete. The restaurant opened 2 days later. Now 6 months since opening, the restaurant has achieved fantastic reviews from local newspapers and magazines and is getting busier and busier.
