For a company, moving offices can be seen as a ‘new chapter’ in the life of a business. With new scenery and a feeling of excitement in the business, it’s also a great opportunity for businesses to purchase new equipment for their employees, giving them the latest technology available for them to make a running start to the latest chapter in the businesses life.
This software company based in Loughborough wanted to treat their employees to a new phone system and while the majority of the moving budget was spent on rent and rates, they did not have the budget to get the telephones they really wanted.

Using a nearby IT and telecoms supplier in Nottingham, the company were informed that they can lease their telecoms equipment up to a 5 year term.
The customer got in touch with WestWon and were quoted the same day. They were surprised to find that monthly rental over 3 years came in much cheaper than the customer had budgeted for, meaning they chose a 3 year option over the 5 year telecoms leasing option WestWon also provided.
With figures agreed, WestWon got a credit acceptance in place within 2 hours and met with the customer at their new offices to sign the paperwork. Documents all signed and the finance box ticked, WestWon held onto the documents for 6 weeks while the office refurbishment was completed and the telephone system could be installed.
