Wycombe team downed tools at 2.30pm on Monday and headed off to Windsor for a few drinks before catching the ten-minute boat ride down the Thames to Windsor Race Course. With some of the best weather this year has had to offer, it made for a fantastic afternoon and evening.
The social side of a sales organisation is very important. We do run a small number of events every year to say thank you to the team for all their hard work and loyalty. Previously we have been to the theatre, the Comedy Store in London and local restaurants.
With WestWon’s financial year end in June, taking the afternoon off is just about celebrating our achievements and welcoming in the new year.
Speaking on behalf of WestWon, CEO Jeremy Hall noted, “Along with a number of other leasing companies we had a quiet April. May and June however, turned out to be great months and the pipeline for July and August looks equally as strong. It is very important that we have a positive social scene at WestWon. It gives us all the time to build internal relationships on a personal level. Bonding and support for each other is very important. If we are all working at full speed all the time, it is easy to forget what we are doing it for.”
