BACKGROUND

Wysetech is a material handling company based in Windsor, the company employs a couple of people.

They needed a small van, which was to be sign written and they wanted to keep the equipment at the end of three years. We suggested a three-year lease, no balloon payment. With a lease purchase agreement, you keep the asset at the end of the lease.

WHAT OUR CLIENT SAID

“For us, leasing was a simple decision to make. £213.89 per month for three years, no deposit, or write a cheque out for £10,200.00. Our cash flow has always been good, we have money in the bank. However, I would prefer to keep the cash. In our business the big challenge is when we win a large contract and have to buy in materials, manufacture product then wait 60 days to get paid.
