London Design Festival 2019

This year the London Design Festival ran across 14th – 22nd September. WestWon attended 100% Design and two showrooms in, the hub of furniture, Clerkenwell.

100% Design
100% design were celebrating 25 years of the trade show at Olympia. It was great to see all the fantastic new designs, trends and opportunities within the furniture sector.
Modern contemporary is the way forward. Acoustic pods, or acoustic dividers are getting more and more popular by the day. Having acoustics within the office is so handy where meetings, phone calls and conferences are held.

The second night was a great networking event, alongside Beverly Knight’s performance.

Alongside 100% design we also visited Welltek and Soundtect Limited at their showrooms in Clerkenwell.
Welltek are a company providing acoustic pods. All their acoustic pods have fantastic features, which you can personalise according to your office needs. Welltek also focus on the well being of all users within their acoustic pods and acoustic loungers – perfect for putting your feet up for ten minutes.
Soundtect specialise in acoustic panels, which were being showcased at their open day. It was a great opportunity to see the different panel types, the possibilities of using them in commercial areas and the benefits they have.
