LED Leasing

The financial benefits to installing LED lighting are well known, but a lessor known fact is that you can lease LED light bulbs.

One of the key reasons why so many organisations have still not converted from incandescent, halogen or compact fluorescent lamps is the high cost of installing LED lighting.

A typical 50w halogen replacement LED will use 7w of electricity for the same light output, a saving 86% in running costs.

For more information, please read our blog on How you as a business can LED light bulbs free! Which includes lease examples, how you can save money and what WestWon can do to help.

It is quick and easy for WestWon to set up a lease

  • We will run through credit approval which can be done within 24 hours.
  • Agree and approve with you the supplier and what bulbs they will be supplying.
  • We will then email a lease document to you, which needs to be signed.
  • Installation takes place, then we pay your supplier in full.

Benefits of LED Leasing

  • Cash flow

You will be able to keep funds in your business to be used elsewhere

  • Alternative funding lines

No need to use up an existing bank facility

  • VAT

On rental agreements VAT is paid in the rental, not in full and upfront

  • Pay for the equipment as you use it

Companies pay employees over time as they work, so why pay all the cost for LED equipment in advance?

  • The latest equipment

Always have the latest LED equipment at your disposal by implementing a recycling strategy, whereby you replace equipment at the end of the lease term

  • Tax planning

Using a lease rental agreement, 100% of your rental is deductible against your companies corporation tax

How we can help with your LED project

  • Lease an LED bulb up to five years

  • We include the cost of installation in the lease

  • Match the benefit to reducing running costs to the lease repayment

  • Specialist advice and guidance from our lighting team

Supplier or manufacturer? – Set up an LED leasing program

Setting up an LED leasing program for you as a supplier of LED lights

WestWon know the LED market well. We are fluent with the manufactures and product names. Our CEO up until 2017, had a 50% share in a LED lamp distributor for over seventeen years. We can quickly calculate the financial savings from moving from historic lighting technology to LED lamps and undertake a cost analysis against leasing.

For suppliers or manufactures of LED lighting, we can put together a leasing program for you to offer to your customers. We can train your sales team on how leasing works and give you access to our partner portal for quoting and a pre-approval process.

Please call us is you are a supplier or manufacture of LED lighting and wish to offer a leasing program to your customers on 01494 611 456.

Leasing for LED manufactures such as Thorn, GE, Osram, Philips, Sylvania

The lamp industry has been around for 140 years since Thomas Edison patented the first ever electric light bulb with a carbon filament in 1879. (Some will argue it was Sir Joseph Swan who invented the light bulb) Since then, a number of key manufactures such as Thorn, GE, Osram, Philips and Sylvania have dominated the market.

However, there are now numerous other light bulb manufactures creating excellent products using the latest technology. We are seeing potential LED lighting lease deals powered by CAT5 cabling or being switched on an off using bluetooth technology.

We welcome the opportunity to work with suppliers who sell well known branded LED technology. We also respect that there are many other Led products from some great manufactures that we would also work with.
