WestWon Is Recruiting Business Development Managers (Asset Finance & Leasing) In Beaconsfield And Leicester

Are you ready for your next career move? Leading leasing company WestWon Limited is now recruiting 6 business development managers based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire and Glenfield, Leicestershire.

The person

To apply for this role you will ideally have at least one year’s experience in a commercial customer-facing role, for example estate agency, and be able to demonstrate financial acumen, excellent client service skills and competent IT skills.

You will be equally happy dealing with customer and prospects face-to-face and on the phone, and will be motivated by working in a target-driven role. As well as a strong individual performer, you will also be a team player and keen to contribute to the continuing growth of the company. Cold calling is an important element of the role, so if you don’t enjoy picking up the phone, please don’t apply.

The business development role

Business Development Managers are required for the following sectors

  • Office Furniture and Fit Out
  • IT – Hardware, Software and Services
  • Education
  • Internet Sales (Beaconsfield-based only)

After an initial induction period, including training on WestWon’s state-of-the-art CRM system, you will be assigned an area/ portfolio of companies and will work to weekly and monthly performance targets.
