The idea behind The ‘Wheel of Fortune’ is simple – on certain days of the month, everyone  in the company agrees a performance objective and is awarded points for achieving it. Excitingly, points equal instant prizes at the end of each ‘sales day’ – anything from cinema tickets to a bottle of champagne to £1,000 in cash!  And as the lucky winner in January 2014 will testify, there’s nothing quite like the buzz created by spinning the wheel and walking away with the month’s ‘Star prize’ – in January a cheque for £1,000!

The management team is focused of motivating individual performance and creating a strong team.
